Out of the Group Text: Why CheukoStudio Exists

CompanyBehind the Systems

Every mobile detailer, groomer, dog walker, and pet sitter we've talked to started their business the same way: a notes app for client info, a shared calendar if they're lucky, and a group text for everything else — the "can you fit me in Saturday," the "did you get my payment," the "what's your address again."

And it works. Right up until it doesn't.

The cracks don't show up on day one. They show up around client thirty, when you're holding four vehicle histories in your head, a Saturday route that only makes sense to you, and a repeat customer you meant to follow up with three weeks ago. They show up the month you genuinely can't say what you earned, because half your payments came through Venmo, a third came in cash, and the invoice you sent for the fleet job is still sitting unopened in a thread from June.

None of that is a discipline problem. It's an infrastructure problem — and it's the specific one CheukoStudio was built to solve.

What we actually build

CheukoStudio makes done-for-you operating systems for service businesses: connected Notion workspaces, formula-built spreadsheets, and ready-to-use Canva templates, sold as complete kits rather than piecemeal templates you have to stitch together yourself.

Each system is built around one kind of business — right now, mobile detailing and the pet-care trades (grooming, walking, sitting) — because a generic CRM will always feel like it was built for someone else's job. A detailer doesn't need "deals" and "pipelines." They need a quote builder, a route-day schedule, and a way to know which jobs haven't been followed up on. A groomer doesn't need a sales funnel. They need to know which dog is due for a booster before the appointment, not after.

So instead of one flexible tool that fits every business badly, we build a specific system for your specific trade, and we do the assembly work before you ever open it.

Who it's for

CheukoStudio is built for the operator, not the org chart. If you're running the business yourself — booking your own jobs, doing your own quoting, maybe with one or two people helping — the systems are sized for you from day one, with room to add a team member later without starting over.

You don't need to already use Notion. You don't need to be "a spreadsheet person." The systems are built for owners who are good at the actual work and have never had the time to become good at building their own back office.

The part that actually matters: you have to be able to launch it

A template is worth exactly nothing if it sits in your downloads folder. So every CheukoStudio system ships with a written setup playbook — not a five-minute onboarding video, an actual step-by-step document written for someone who's never duplicated a Notion workspace before. The goal is that you buy it, follow the playbook, and you're running your business from it the same day. Not "eventually." The same day.

That's the whole bet CheukoStudio is making: that the businesses doing the real work — the driving, the washing, the grooming, the walking — shouldn't also have to become software builders just to get organized. Buy the system once, own it outright, and get back to the job it was built to support.

If that's the gap in your business right now, browse the systems and see which one fits your trade.
